Interview Meme

It has been just over a year since I did this I believe, so here goes again. Thanks to ladydesintra for the interesting questions.

I think everyone knows the rules, but just in case, here they are:

1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.

2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.

3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.

4 -- You'll include this explanation.

5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed

1. If you were forced to eat only one kind of food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
Hmmm this is hard, but probably Mexican food, I grew up on it since my grandparents owned a Mexican Restaurant. Now if you mean just veggies, just meat, just dairy, etc. (well, besides the fact that it would be unhealthy as all get out) I would have to say cheese, it would be short life, but a yummy one!

2. Which historical figure would you like to meet some day, and why?
I would love to have met Ronald Reagan, he was an inspiring person in my memory. But if I had to pick someone from further back in history, probably an astronomer like Copernicus or Galileo because they are inspiring as well.

3. What is the most embarrassing thing you possess?
A tendency to laugh at things that should not be laughed about, ie. death, etc. If you mean a physical possession, I haven't a clue, probably the HP trading card game, as I am a little old for that kind of thing, at least in most people's minds.

4. What is your favourite book and why?
This is probably the most asked question ever. I would say it is probably The Jungle by Upton Sinclair, the book changed my thinking more than any other book I have ever read. A close second, and a definite first if you are talking poetry, would be The Children of the Night by Edwin Arlington Robinson. His portraits of "real" people read like long narratives even though they are only sonnets.

5. What kind of super power would you like to have?
Really? I think the ability to change my appearance at will. I have always loved acting and a big part of my love for it comes from the ability to become someone else temporarily. One wouldn't need to fly or be invisible, but instead could hide out by just changing their looks (kind of like Tonks in the HP series) metamorphogous would be way cool!

Anyone care to share in the interview goodness???

Also, don't forget to leave me your gmail/email address for my contact list update.

Yay fun!
1. Which James Bond movie is your favorite and why?

2. You meet J.K. Rowling and she offers to tell you one secret about the HP books, what do you ask her? What do you expect she'll tell you?

3. You can only wear one color for the rest of the decade, which color do you choose?

4. How many drinks before you're tipsy? Randy? Flat out drunk?

5. Imagine for a minute you got to choose your family as well as your friends, what TV family most resembles the kind of family you'd like to have?

Re: Yay fun!
1. Which James Bond movie is your favorite and why?

Er, I haven't watched a James Bond movie all the way through because they make me ill. *ducks*

2. You meet J.K. Rowling and she offers to tell you one secret about the HP books, what do you ask her? What do you expect she'll tell you?

I'd ask her who is the Half-blood Prince and she'd tell me to read book six to find out. Sneaky thing, JKR is!

3. You can only wear one color for the rest of the decade, which color do you choose?

Purple - it's both cheery and a downer, sexy and frumpy, royalty and common.

4. How many drinks before you're tipsy? Randy? Flat out drunk?

One drink and I'm tipsy, two-three and I'm randy, four and I'm drunk - unless I've had nothing to eat and we can just say two and I'm drunk, one for the rest.

5. Imagine for a minute you got to choose your family as well as your friends, what TV family most resembles the kind of family you'd like to have?

The Cosby family. They were so much fun and very loving.

That was very fun! :D I know I'm supposed to do this in my lj, but I did it a little while back so I'd probably not get any response. Heh.

Never occurred to me
Geez I am a moron...

A klondike bar is an American ice cream bar covered in chocolate, for the past twenty years or more their commercials have run the cute little jingle, "What would ya do for a Klondike bar?"

Forgot that you probably wouldn't have had one or known what it was exactly.

Check it out here:
