Allergies

I have terrible allergies, so I have spent a few minutes now during my lunch break doing a bit of research...

*is bewildered*

Was thinking about an Ionic Breeze until I read this.

We actually have two of them (refurbished), and while I'm not sure if they really 'clean' the air, they certainly make my rat room less smelly! And there's certainly a lot of gunk collected in them...

Dh seems to think they're helping his allergies, but he was also switched to a new medicine around the same time we go them, so....!

How much area do they cover?

Our house is 1200sq ft, and we have one upstairs and one downstairs, and they seem to cover each floor just fine.

You have my empathy *hugs*

The problem with air purifiers at home is you've got to go outside once in while, so you still get affected by whatever it is that irritates your allergies.

Thank you for posting that! I have been thinking about buying the desktop model of the Ionic Breeze for work, as the building I work in is very old with mold and dust, and I sneeze -constantly-. I guess I'll have to do some more checking around before deciding on which purifier to get...
